The 2007 Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz from the Limestone Coast, Australia pours out a deep ruby red with some lightening on the rim. On the nose aromas of blackberry, cherry and oaky vanilla. In the mouth this is quite extracted and full of flavor but more restrained that a lot of Australian wines. (Read More)
