Buying stocks, forex or futures during high volatility market cycles may lead to the opposite result of what you're looking for. Stock market research indicates that the best time to buy stocks may be before a stock market trend, when you have rolling stocks, channeling stocks or other contraction price patterns. So today we (Read More)
: Thanks for this article. I would rather save it for the professionals but as we saw these past few years that some people still don't know how to work it. It is interesting that the chart patterns exist as in everything in life. Volatility can be predictable in some ways.
: More and more people are realizing the potential problems with products they use everyday. Having a database of information to give you the details is an excellent resource.

Wow! I never ever thought of this problem. Right now I live in the country and our gardens are in virgin soil. Plus, we carted in lots of extra leaves and manure, etc. I'll pass this information on to my city friends... (Read More)

As you create you own Internet Traffic Machine starting with your Magnetic Core (or HUBBY), one question the we must each ask ourselves is; who is my target audience? That is a very important question. An accurate answer is even more important. So, who is your target audience? You must know who you are targeting in order to [. (Read More)
: If you don't know where you're going, you probably won't get there and if you don't know where your target is, you probably won't hit it either. It's so important to know whose itch you need to scratch (loved that!!), so you can make bigger profits. Great post.
: I thought my target market was a lot broader until someone showed me how to determine it. I still feel it leaves a lot of people out that could be of interest.
: Who is my target audience? It sounds like such a simple question. And yet, I for one, have wasted a ton of money over the years preparing marketing materials without having answered this question first.
Jon, your ideas are really intriguing. I look forward to reading more of them on your blog.
It is definitely that time of year again and we all have to be concerned with the amount and type of sun exposure we experience. The tips you highlight in your article are fantastic. I for one did not know that there were certain drugs and such that actually increase skin sensitivity.
: I heard of a report that eating margarine changes the composition of your skin, which then reacts to sunlight making you more susceptible to skin cancer.

: When I first brought my business online, I was introduced to attraction marketing on the internet. I really liked this concept because you are generating leads that are interested in what you have, as opposed to chasing people to show them what you have. Magnetic sponsoring teaches great ways to post your information in different places so that people who are searching for that specific information will FIND YOU!
: It's very obvious that Mike Dillard understands his market, as he's getting hugely popular. It appears his trainings would work very well for anybody, in any market.
: Very apt! Just got email from Mike's team at Magnetic Sponsoring about his affiliate training video channel. Mike Dillard is the Attraction Marketing Master.

The world, and particularly the US, is awash these days with fear over the Swine Flu, with people wandering the streets and stores wearing masks to protect themselves from this coming ‘pandemic’ (which simply means disease spread over a large geographic area). The Swine Influenza paid us a visit in the 1970s but this is sup (Read More)

Wonderful article on an alternative approach to fighting off illness. It's actually pretty amazing when you stop and think about it ... seeking out natural remedies is the alternative and sending synthetic drugs through our systems based on medical advice is the standard. Seems to me there is something terribly wrong with this picture. Anyways, the tips on oxygenating, drinking plenty of less acidic waters, etc. are well worth noting.
: And now it seems that this is not as dangerous as it was first portrayed. I find it really annoying how the media always do their best to really scare the living daylights out of people with news about swine flu, bird flu, sars and whatnot.
This however, was a very well written and informative article on the topic - thank you!
: Well, what happened to the scare? Thank goodness that people have the opportunity to read the (not so) common sense written in this article. Still, the British Government did buy up sufficient Tamiflu to "inoculate" half the country, so the pharmaceutical companies should be reasonably satisfied.
And the news gathering organisations had such a good time winding up the gullible.
: All of your articles Richard are a God send for me. I have been following your posts and bettering my Google rankings on my articles. So for that I thank you. This is another awesome post that I will be re-reading, same with your others. I always pick up a nugget or two every time I read them.
: hey rich very informative article looking thru. google's eyes & giving them what they want. i am most interested in the manner you approach theme based keywords & lsi.

Boston has many vegan and vegetarian-friendly restaurants. Last night the boyfriend and I ate dinner at Ten Tables in Jamaica Plain. This cozy, intimate restaurant (it actually has eleven tables) has been on our to do list for awhile, but we don’t often get to JP for dinner. We had a great time and Boston has many similar c (Read More)

: OK, OK, you've convinced me! I have to take a trip to Boston! :-) The picture of the meal you ate looks absolutely luscious! I especially like the idea of eating produce 'in season' because we're more likely to eat local that way. Even at Whole Foods I notice produce from places like Chile and Guatemala and I know the controls on organic aren't nearly as stringent there so we don't really know what we're getting. Local produce is much safer.

: This is great advice! Time is what we have a finite quantity of. We can always make more of nearly everything...but not time. So you have it right...the better you are at managing your life, the better your life will be. Thanks!
: You are so right, time is money even if it is ours. My husband is always saying this. This is one area where the 'green' in me shines - I'm organised, I have piles of paper where I can see them and action them, if I put them away, they are out of sight out of mind. I operate with 'to do' lists and these work well too. We can always improve on this though, thanks for sharing more tips and ideas.

Slow moving or old inventory sitting on shelves? Discount or sell it at cost, advises one small business counselor.
SCORE is making other recommendations to help small businesses generate cash flow as many continue to struggle to generate sufficient working capital needed to run daily operations. (Read More)
: Many people follow this philosophy of selling goods at cost to generate cash flow. Also, consumers will not come in repeatedly unless they are pretty sure of fresh merchandise and sales!
: Stocks that are not moving mean money staying on the shelves! It's better to mark down prices and offer discounts for these items than having your capital and investments getting stuck up. Yes the internet offers endless opportunities for just about any business, and it's where you can also interact with those on the same line as you are. As hard times prevail, getting as much help as you can for any business can certainly make a difference.

Many business owners become frustrated with the administrative part of their jobs chasing down late payments from customers. The time spent in following up with customers to urge them to pay for services rendered or products delivered would be better served in working on income producing activities.read more. (Read More)
: I used to be in the "note" business which is similar to invoice financing: owners sell long-term payments for cash right now. Years ago I had to turn down a deal with WalMart because my company was too small to afford the upfront costs of product production in the quantity that WalMart demanded - because they wouldn't pay for at least 120 days. Invoice financing might have solved that problem for me if I had only known about it at the time. Too bad. :-(
: I was not familiar with invoicing for cash flow as an outsourced method. It certainly makes sense to do this internally for healthy cash flow, and even better if you can outsource it.

: I have heard that there are a few economic signs that indicate things may be getting better by late summer. I think most people are adopting a current holding pattern at the moment and just holding on spending as little as they have to right now.
: We keep hearing in the news that things are going to get worse before better, but news like this is good for small businesses. You can't blame people for not spending in these very volatile times but yet that is what we need to get the economy flourishing again.
: Cash flow is an issue combined with lack of credit resources for small businesses. I think it is a time of opportunity and doing business in a new way. Our economy is all connected and I think things are going to change forever in the future.
