I don’t think this blog would be a fraction of what it is, without Flickr. The images included with many posts draw the eye to the page and create an atmosphere for the rest of the piece. It’s also one aspect of a blog that is commented on the most. (Read More)

: Thanks for the info. I had given up on using "clip art" and other photos because of lack of variety and also not wanting to pay for everything for an occasional amateur use. This gives me another avenue.

So when it comes to your business, and your life for that matter, how lucky do you think you are?
Do you find yourself wondering how so many other people are just “lucky” and you don’t get ANY lucky breaks?. (Read More)

: Very positive blog post. Thank you for sharing it. I too don't believe in luck and that we have a big part of making what we desire into our present. Thanks again!
: Think and Grow Rich is definitely a book to have around and read over and over. My husband bought copies for all of our children as well, and you are right.. the book extends beyond earning money. I really like the saying that 'thoughts become things - choose the good ones' (from tut.com). If we work on our mindset and keep it positive, there is no limit to what we can do.
: I'm sure having the right mastermind mentor would definitely make a person more lucky. I read a great book a while back called "The Luck Factor". The author - a psychology professor from the UK - has a fascinating take on the phenomenon we call luck.
: No problem really the internet is full of non believers because its not based on fact its based on other folks very own opinions and half the time un-researched opinions most have had information handed down by who ever ... and thats why i really like the web you can research any topic that finds and passes through GOOGLES EYE ...
: Anyone who wants to be successful in any endeavor would be wise to find a mentor. That's even more important in network marketing. Finding out important information like details of policies and procedures can save you from failure.

: How true it is the affect of positive or negative attitude. Having a negative attitude affects your health, well being, mental focus and life in general. Being upbeat and happy encourages others to want to be more like you.
: I loved the video too. Being around positive energy and positive people keeps you inspired and wills you onto better things not just for yourself but all that are close to you and associated with you.

: Hi 5 Rhonda ... I like the way you offer this cool advice here - I had in my mind you have to be passionate about what you do on a daily basis to earn your daily bread so its easier to find some one you no who does what your passionate about better - and have them mentor you to their standards saves time saves the trouble saves money in the long haul to success - “If you can dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.” By Zig Ziglar
: Hi Rhonda, they say, "the hand the hand that rocks the craddle rules the world". Good mentors and coaches are like good mothers. They nurtur and teach the right way for their youngsters to go. It's all about leaving a legassy of hope. Thanks for the insights.
: Yes, it is tough to find a really good mentor. A lot of what I have seen is that many (at least in the IM niche), are really only interested in furthering their own presence or authority, and not really that interested in truly helping and mentoring. It's certainly is nice when you really do find the helpful one's out there though.

Anyone out there who's trying to get retweeted knows that it's harder than you think - sometimes the tweets you most expect will get retweeted don't, and you're left asking yourself, "What's so great about that guy's tweets that they get retweeted all the time, but mine never do?"There are three factors that I think determi (Read More)

: I am just starting on Twitter - and mostly because it's apparent that I'm the only person in the world who isn't Tweeting! :-) I haven't run into the why-am-I-not-being-retweeted question yet, but I'm sure that I will so thanks for your timely and helpful article. I will refer to it when the time comes.
: These are great tips. I also think it is good to have followers that are interested in your subject. Again, small is better if it is focused and targeted.

: I'm not a baby boomer, but my better half is, however, I find he does not take are of himself at all, rather, he is always trying to make my life as easy as possible. No matter what, i can't get him to sit still for one minute. I will tell him about this book, however, I think perhaps I should read it to gain a better understanding.
: I'm not a boomer myself, but I certainly do understand the huge market out there from baby boomers. I guess I'm not that far behind, and should be taking better care of myself.

There is nothing new about exercise. The body has changed very little physically in thousands of years. The same number of muscles, joints and the same joint limitations. So not a lot more can be explored as far as positioning goes. (Read More)

: Simple Health Exercises are basically to strengthen the organs and energy centers related to them, to make the energy available to our limbs and promote good health, our external muscles are also auxiliary pumps to clear toxins and organs and keep them toned, and moving them slowly against real or imaginary forces improves the flow of C.S.F. brain fluid to all parts of the body.
Active Balance M.O.T Integration exercises or ALPHACISE, is a series of movement and postures, they are not like exercises in the normal sense of the word nor do they comply with the posture of yoga, they are more – some are done on the move, others held for several seconds but all are done with active movement of the mind.
If you imagine the exercises being half, and the mind involvement the other half, putting together the sum of the two halves totals more than the whole. This equation is possible because when the body and mind become integrated the potential is greatly expanded.
All my best to you and your daily agility Phillip Skinner

Ever since our distant ancestors started standing up on two feet and we gradually adopted the upright bipedal gait we now find so easy, efficient and useful we have had some problems with our feet. They have had to adapt to taking all the locomotion forces which used to be shared by four limbs. Walking on two limbs has enab (Read More)

: Hello Phillip, Interesting post; it made me stop and think about all of the stress I am imparting on my various joints and especially my feet. Thanks for the insight, I've made a few notes to keep over my desk as inspiration.
: This has to be the first article I read on the internet that talks about your feet. Great stuff. Makes you realise how important your feet are. I love the funny video at the end of the article.
: Feet, the gateway to the soul (or should that be sole) Never under-estimate them, never take them for granted... without them you'd have difficulty getting anywhere. Thanks Phillip ;)

: Thank you for this article. There are so many products that are harmful to us and many people just focus on the products they ingest. I always use skin products that are 100% natural and avoid harmful chemicals. The most important screening I do is looking for that alcohol content in these products that dry up your skin and hair. Our skin is the largest organ of our body and people forget to protect it. I hope many people will read this and use your information for future purchasing decisions. Even if it costs a little more money, your body's health is worth it.
: Very good list of things to avoid putting on our skin. Anti-aging products for our skin and looking for ageless tips is really summed up in something else you've said - something like, the best supplements for anti-aging aren't supplements at all. They are organic and come from the ground, like berries!
: Oh my goodness. You are making me read every label! Just kidding...I knew we were getting a lot of trash, but not this much. This is especially bad for skin on those of us who are a little older. Our skin needs less of poisons and more of nutrients.
