: Come to think of it - for the amount of time we spend in office chairs - we ought to give greater consideration to the buying decision of our our office chair. We have the tendancy to delegate that to our secretary, wife or HR - who with the best of intentions may give primacy to cost savings, esthetics or other consideratons rather than health

: Your office chair is the most important item besides your bed, there is where you spend most of your hours so spend accordingly, don't cheap out on those two things

: I actually spend most of my day on my feet. My office chair at home is quite comfortable, although I would like a more high-backed one so that when I nod off at my machine, I run less risk of waking up with neck strain.
