: This is a great post, but I would add one crucial ingredient to bring the list up to five for any great brand... I think the missing ingredient is value. A brand is both a promise and an experience. Relevance may be enough in the pre-purchase (promise) state, but what drives repeat purchases and fuels loyalty is value: what contribution does this brand make to my life?
Does anyone have any advance on five key ingredients for a successful brand?
