During the opening campaign for Membership Site Mastermind I actively observed the conversation occurring at other blogs about what I was doing. One of the less-talked about benefits of conducting a major launch is the education you receive about your market. As Jeff Walker points out in his Product Launch Formula (PLF) prog (Read More)
: The internet gives us the power to connect with virtually anyone, and more importantly, to connect with people that can teach us, mentor us, and empower us to be great at whatever we want. It is an opportunity like no other in my opinion.
I really like your point about looking for people that are on fire about what they do and supporting them. Although it may take a few years, supporting a network of enthusiastic, positive people could lead to all sorts of incredible openings down the track.
: This is a great article and I agree with the people you hang around will have a great influence on where you go in life. If you are not happy where you are at, change the situation so you are happy.

Refinishing a hardwood floor is usually the only way to get back the original richness and beauty of the wood. Learning how to refinish hardwood floors can take a while to learn. (Read More)
: Sounds like work! But worth every bit of it. I've seen many redone floors and they are really nice. I like the heavily used look, gives it some character. Frank.
: This is some serious work! But if you want a do-it-yourself activity that will benefit your home, then this is one good exercise. It really isn't that hard, but it requires some amount of work. Wooden floors are a sight to see if they are kept clean and shiny! So better keep the beauty of your floors so that you can make an impact on whoever comes and visits your house. All it takes is hard work.
: I helped a friend of mine re-do her floors, I decided then the sanding bit is really for the blokes, we were fair knackered by the time we had finished and shared it around. Looks great though - love wooden floors, much prefer it to tiles. Unfortunately here in Australia tiles seem to be the favourite of flooring materials - nothing bounces on them, unlike wood.
: Learning is a life long endeavor. We learn through books and so books will always be a very important part of life. The technology we have today affords us different ways to access books and having choices is a good thing. The association that Howard Dean has formed with Progressive Book Club appears to be based on values and progress.
: I see that Howard Dean has written about health care reform, but I wish there were more about his views on the subject? I have grave misgivings about a bureaucracy managing the health care of our citizens. It just makes natural methods for prevention even more important. But he is a great addition to the Progressive Book Club and I know they're delighted to have him.

Isn't it amazing in this world that as Network Marketers, in our businesses we are are taught, we then learn exactly what to do, but we still can't seem to be able to 'pull the trigger' to get our our businesses up and going, no matter how hard it seems that we try. (Read More)

: There's some very good information in this that will work for any business. One of the things I learned is that my willingness to "work hard" isn't enough. Training is a huge issue with most MLM's; it doesn't exist for many.
: I can't count the hours and thousands of dollars I've wasted on "warm market lists", and expensive "highly qualified" leads. All getting me nothing but broke and frustrated. A FREE system ... who can't do that?
: How quickly we believe we're not as good as the next person. Even when we've had great results in life we always end up relating to the bad experiences. Believe in yourself and you will be successful and happy in life in whatever you achieve and do. When you doubt about yourself go back and read this statement. Thanks...

I don’t think this blog would be a fraction of what it is, without Flickr. The images included with many posts draw the eye to the page and create an atmosphere for the rest of the piece. It’s also one aspect of a blog that is commented on the most. (Read More)
: Thanks for the info. I had given up on using "clip art" and other photos because of lack of variety and also not wanting to pay for everything for an occasional amateur use. This gives me another avenue.
: This is a subject that is so overwhelming confusing to most of us that it seems like it takes an Einstein to understand it! Still, I can appreciate the idea of taking the long view and not counting on five second profits. There's a saying about how we Americans plan for the month or quarter - while the Japanese plan for 100 years. Hopefully, the view isn't that long but it's the same sentiment.
: After reviewing your video it did clarity how trading trends are determined. I'm not sure I'm ready to jump into day trading. Thanks helping me understand trading trends.

This tool gives you a free SEO analysis of your website in 20 areas of popularity, relevancy and site structure. It takes about 20 seconds for the application to determine your score, from 0 to 100. The full analysis is a non-technical explanation of how to improve your score. (Read More)
: This tool worked pretty well as soon as I realized that it didn't want me to input the full URL. I had to eliminate the 'http://' part before it would run. It would be nice to put a little example text on the page or, even better, reprogram it so it doesn't care whether or not the 'http://' is included. The current situation where you get an error message with no explanation is disconcerting.
In any case, providing this seems like an effective marketing tactic. I may just have to copy it!
: @rickdavis I guess it depends on what you were found for :) Many companies I work with can't even come up in the search results with their own names, but some do. You can try to change the content on your page, along with your meta data and see if that helps you over time. It works for me: do a search for "better marketing performance" :)
: that is a really nice tool, think it highlighted a few problems with my site that i am aware of, in particular the structure would benefit with a more silod approach ...

: Hi 5 Rhonda excellent overview on a topic every one using the internet should stop by and read and get your information as well as your free eBook thanks for taking the time to explain how teaching people how to pay it forward!
: This is an informative and inspirational article. You are right.. education of some kind is needed to do anything successfully, at least consistently and long-term. I believe that network marketing is something we do all of our lives, such as when we recommend a place to shop, or restaurant, or good movie. Taking those skills to the next level by being educated in successfully earning income is great advice.
: Thanks for reminding us that fundamental concept of education. It seems that so many people believe that just with a blog and some clicks they can make money. Working on line is no different than any other job, you still need to educate yourself. As you mentioned, people find it normal to study and learn to be a doctor or a plumber, internet is no different. Find good mentors, the one that suits you will help. MLM can be for everyone as long as you are willing to learn the system.

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke arrogantly refuses to tell Senator Bernie Sanders which banks were in receipt of government loans and why only large greedy incompetent multinational organizations are allowed access to loans, while small and medium-sized businesses are left to rot. (Read More)
: It is incomprehensible why those benefiting from taxpayers money to clean up the mess they created are not held accountable and are protected when ordinary folks are kicked out from their homes by the same banks when they are a few months in arrears...
: Not surprised. If all was clear then there be no reason to hide the truth. Acting like this just makes it even more suspicious. Hopefully one day the big ones will admit what they have done and accept the responsibilities. Hiding is easier than facing the truth.

: Times are really hard nowadays so whatever we can do to save money, no matter how small the amount may be, we should be doing it. Coupons are a wonderful and fun way to save money especially when you're shopping. Just remember what the author tells about organizing and checking out what you need before going to the store. You might be surprised how much you can save by the small discounts offered by your coupons!

Boston has many vegan and vegetarian-friendly restaurants. Last night the boyfriend and I ate dinner at Ten Tables in Jamaica Plain. : OK, OK, you've convinced me! I have to take a trip to Boston! :-) The picture of the meal you ate looks absolutely luscious! I especially like the idea of eating produce 'in season' because we're more likely to eat local that way. Even at Whole Foods I notice produce from places like Chile and Guatemala and I know the controls on organic aren't nearly as stringent there so we don't really know what we're getting. Local produce is much safer.

: Yeah, good point here. How many of us have an agenda when were talking with a new prospect or contact. Take the time to build a relationship. That leaves the door open for new beginnings.
: I think humans have a very strong need to know why and how. We have a hard time simply being in the "unknown" or the "mystery", which is the same to me as wanting closure.
