: I have to admit I've had a Twitter account for a while but only used it to follow my usual suspect podcasters. During last night's election coverage I found myself actually posting, most likely triggered by a mix of Hope and Cuervo. I'm glad Twitter's traffic is up but can we please have the subpoena-preventing delete function back?!

: @shaynorulz @HappaHaoli @brilliantjeni Delete only helps a little. Even when you delete a tweet, it still can be searched from search.twitter.com. Also, there is no way to recall the tweet that has been delivered to all those 3rd party apps that your followers might be using.
