: Oh yes! Leadership is based on collaboration, that's so true! I don't know about you guys, but in the Asian context, older people generally give respect by seniority whether or not the authorities are capable, but the younger ones are generally moving towards equality. For myself, I find that I give my respect to people whom earn it, regardless of their age, as long as they know their stuff.
